Items purchased with a Credit Card will only be sent to the name and address on the billing statement of the Credit Card used for the purchase. No items will be sent to P.O. Boxes or postal center addresses. All ship-to addresses must be verifiable physical addresses. 

Because E.ScottCoins.com is a personal enterprise it’s not possible for items to be shipped daily. That said, every effort will be made to ship items within a day or two. However all items sold on E.ScottCoins.com will be shipped within a calendar week of purchase, excluding major holidays.

In the event an item is non-deliverable by fault other than E.ScottCoins.com the actual shipping and insurance cost will be charged for the attempted delivery as well as the return.
