Coin grading, even professional third party certified coin grading, is subjective and greatly variable. Furthermore a coin can't be graded or even accurately evaluated by a two dimensional image. To purchase a "sale is final" coin (or any collectable) sight unseen via an image or based on someone else's (often purchased) opinion is a fools move. Any entity that requests their customers to purchase an item based on pictures and/or opinions alone without offering a satisfaction guarantee is motivated by greed, not customer satisfaction.

At EScottCoins.com we realize not every item will satisfy every customer. However we also realize we have the ability to guarantee every customer is satisfied! Therefore EScottCoins.com offers the following no questions asked 100% satisfaction guarantee on every item sold:

* Any and all returns must be postmarked for return within 14 calendar days of the date of delivery of the item to the customer.

* Graded Coins: Returned TPG encapsulated items must be returned in undamaged, unaltered holders. Any returned TPG encapsulated item returned in a damaged or altered holder will be returned to the buyer at the buyers expense.

* Raw Coins: Returned raw coins must be returned in the original, undamaged EScottCoins.com proprietary packaging. Any returned item no longer in the EScottCoins.com proprietary packaging will be returned to the buyer at the buyer's expense.

* Tubed or Assembled Rolls: EScottCoins.com is the only entity we know of that invites it's patrons to open and search rolls! This applies to our BU rolls, Fun Rolls, Premium Fun Rolls and Variety Coin Rolls. All we respectfully ask is that patrons use proper precautions when inspecting the contents of rolls as not to damage any of the coins.

* Original Bank Wrapped Rolls: Obviously we can't accept returns of opened Original Bank Wrapped Rolls as being "unopened" is what makes them original.

* EScottCoins.com pays all initial shipping and insurance costs on all items purchased. However the customer is responsible for the shipping and appropriate insurance cost for returning any item for a refund.

* If a third party graded and certified but unattributed variety coin is purchased and the buyer chooses to have EScottCoins.com acquire third party attribution (please see the EScottCoins.com Variety Attribution Guarantee) and, after successful Variety Attribution, the customer chooses to return the item for a refund, all costs incurred for the Variety Attribution will be deducted from the refund. 

An exception to all of the above is in the event an error was made by EScottCoins.com in which case EScottCoins.com will also pay all return shipping and insurance costs.

At EScottCoins.com we will NEVER charge you for our error!

EScottCoins.com will make every effort possible to generate all refunds within 48 hours from the day the item is received back. Most often EScottCoins.com will generate the refund within 24 hours.

NOTE: Credit card refunds require 7 to 10 days to process after EScottCoins.com generates the refund. This time delay isn't created by EScottCoins.com but by the merchant providers and credit card companies. EScottCoins.com has no control over this time requirement.

Conventional payment refunds will mail out the same day the refund is generated by EScottCoins.com.
