1958-D Lincoln Cent Struck With Clashed Dies

Although not super dramatic nor necessarily rare this Denver mint Lincoln wheat cent struck by clashed dies is exceptionally nice compared to most. The obverse exhibits the incuse image of a leg of the N in CENT and the vertical and top crossbar of the E of ONE from the reverse die. The reverse exhibits an in indentation from the clash that shows Lincoln’s profile running from the E of ONE to the N of CENT on the reverse.

This is a beautiful, bright, full RED, well struck raw example that grades MS66.
